A classic Japanese tachinomi-style pub in Shimbashi, built around three signature dishes — simmered beef & tofu, motsu stew and oden. Opened November 2026.
A taishū sakaba — a classic Japanese people's pub — built around three slow-simmered signatures: niku-dōfu (beef and tofu), motsu stew and oden, with some ten kinds of sake, shochu and fruit sours. Alongside table seats there is a lively standing area, so you can drop in for a quick glass or settle in with friends.
Opened in November 2026 between Shimbashi and Uchisaiwaicho. On Fridays, Saturdays and nights before holidays we stay open until 3 a.m. — a perfect stop on a Shimbashi bar crawl.
